Our Mission is to support as many patients as possible in their quest for HEALTH and to educate them about Chiropractic so they in turn can educate others.
Kim Samuels, Financial Manager
Kim comes to us originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, where she went to Harborcreek High School. She graduated from Pitt University with a degree in Business, and has been in Pittsburgh ever since. She joined Dr. Grice’s practice in 1992, and handles all of our billing and insurance responsibilities. Kim became a fan of Chiropractic after starting work with Dr. Grice. She has been a believer in all of the many health benefits that Chiropractic can provide.
When Kim is not at our Mt. Washington office, she resides in McCandless with her husband and three children, ages 15, 14, and 8. They also have two Cockapoo doggies, Milo and Tater. On the rare occasion that Kim has a spare moment, she likes to read.
Denice Normandy-Fonzi, Patient Flow Manager
Denice has been with Dr. Grice as his front desk assistant for twenty years. She is a Pittsburgh native and went to Carrick H.S.. She got her BS from Carlow College and holds a Masters in IT and Leadership. She is married and has a dog, Brutus, a cat Kylie and two Parrots, Baby and Ma. In her spare time, Denice likes flower arranging and loves to travel. Her favorite part about being at Grice Chiropractic is all of the wonderful patients.
Shannon Cutchall, Massage Therapist
Shannon is originally from Franklin, Pa. She attended Franklin High School, and graduated from Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2003. She has been with Dr. Grice ever since! She currently lives in the Allentown area of Pittsburgh with her two dogs, Kato and Swish. Shannon loves being able to help people. Since she’s been at Grice Chiropractic, she says that she’s “gained more knowledge from a clinical perspective”, and has seen “wonderful results with our patients.” In her spare time, Shannon enjoys doing yoga.
Tim Hall, Chiropractic Assistant
Tim grew up in Blackhawk, and got his Massage Therapy Certification from The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. He has been with Doctor Grice for fifteen years. He is certified in modalities, electric stim, EMG testing, and range of motion. Tim currently lives in McCandless and has one son, who is 9 years old, and his Shepard mix, Spencer. Tim is a big believer in the results that patients can get through chiropractic and massage therapy. When Tim is not helping others at the office, he enjoys working on cars and working on his house.
