Joseph T. Grice, D.C.
Dr Grice is a Pittsburgh native, growing up in Duquesne, Pennsylvania. He did his undergraduate studies at IUP. From there he went onto to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he graduated in 1988. Upon graduation he began his practice in the Trimont building on Mt. Washington and has been there serving the community for 24 years now. He is married to his wife Suzy and they have three children: Emily, Joey, and Natalie.
Dr Grice was appointed to the State Board of Chiropractic by the Governor in 2007. He is one of 5 chiropractors in the state to serve on the board. Currently he serves as the Vice- chairman of the board. He is a member of the Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association. He is a delegate of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards and the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr Grice was the first one in the United States to purchase the Pro-Adjuster system for his office. It is a highly technological piece of equipment. It utilizes NASA technology to evaluate and treat patients without the twisting and cracking normally associated with Chiropractic care.
Garrett Young, D.C.
Dr. Young was born and raised on Mt Washington. He attended Canevin Catholic, and graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Exercise Science. Dr. Young recently graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. He has been a patient of Dr. Grice’s since the second grade!
Dr.Young's goal is to “Help change people’s lives in a healthy way; whether its getting them out of pain, or moving from a pain free state to a state of overall wellness.” At Dr. Grice’s office, Dr. Young loves the “personal yet professional service. You never feel like you are in a doctors office, but you know you’ve gotten wonderful care.”
Dr. Young is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. He likes to work out, and has marathon runner on his list of accomplishments. In his free time, he likes spending time with his family and friends.
Todd Walukiewicz
Dr. Todd was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. He came to the United States in 1998 to play college football. While in college he met his future wife and they have been happily married for over 10 years. Together they have one daughter. Dr. Todd attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated in 2004. He has been practicing in the Pittsburgh area, his wife’s hometown, since 2004. Dr. Todd chose to become a chiropractor due to the emphasis on a healthier lifestyle and improved functioning of the body. Coming from Canada, where socialized medicine means that prescription medication flows freely, he was drawn to chiropractic’s unique drug-free approach to improving overall health. In his free time, Dr. Todd is an avid disc golfer. He also loves Pittsburgh sports, especially hockey. Above all else he enjoys doting on his little girl.
